Whilst our pouches are ideal for keeping the natural nutrition of Supernatural Fuel easy to use and safe to consume, we understand they are not currently easy to recycle as they are made up of thin layers of plastic and aluminium which need to be separated during the recycling process. Unfortunately, local councils do not currently have the equipment to recycle food pouches, but specialist waste management companies do! We have teamed up with First Mile Recycling to solve this problem. With your help, we can work together to stop pouches ending up in landfill (or anywhere else).
We have made it as simple as possible for you to recycle your pouches. We have included a pre-paid envelope for you to return your used pouches to us in every box that you order. So, once you’ve used your pouches, please rinse them out, pop them in the envelope(s) and post them back to us – we’ll take care of the rest! To keep the cost of postage down for us, please only put in 8 pouches per envelope. We have provided the appropriate number of envelopes for each box size.
Our products are carefully packed and dispatched in recyclable Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) cardboard boxes that are supplied by a local company and sealed with recyclable paper tape. We try and keep our packaging as minimal as possible, whilst ensuring the pouches arrive in the condition you expect.
All Organic Ingredients
We believe organic is better for us and better for the planet. Choosing to make our product fully organic was a conscious decision – whilst it is a more difficult path, it is the right path. We want our products to be as natural as possible, that’s why we make them from organic ingredients free from pesticides and GMO.
We can all do our little bit by working with nature, limiting the use of pesticides and ensuring the soil on the earth is healthy so that plants and wildlife can thrive.
Throughout our business we are committed to sustainability. We do our very best to reduce energy use, use only eco-friendly cleaning products made from plant extracts and we work hard to minimise our waste, recycling everything we are able to. It doesn’t stop there however and we will continue to look for opportunities to minimise our impact on the environment in everything we do.
