1. Issuer - These Terms and Conditions apply to all Supernatural Fuel gift vouchers (“Gift Vouchers”, "Gift Certificates" or “Gift Cards”) issued and sold by Supernatural Fuel, a company registered in the United Kingdom, with registered address at Unit 1, Woolston Yard, Loddiswell, Devon TQ7 4DU.

2. Nature of the Gift Voucher - Gift Vouchers are a form of pre-paid credit that can be redeemed only for eligible products sold on our website at Supernatural Fuel.
Gift Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
Gift Vouchers are not a cheque guarantee card, credit card, charge card or debit card.

3. Purchase & Delivery - Gift Vouchers may be purchased online via our website.
Digital Gift Vouchers are delivered via email to the recipient email address provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the purchaser.

4. Activation & Use - Gift Vouchers are activated at the point of purchase. To redeem, the recipient must enter the unique Gift Voucher code at checkout on Supernatural Fuel Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for eligible products. If the order total exceeds the Gift Voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of our accepted payment methods. Only one Gift Voucher can be used per order

5. Expiry Date - Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the Gift Voucher will no longer be usable. We are under no obligation to remind or notify the holder of a Gift Voucher’s expiry.

6. Refunds & Cancellations - Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable UK consumer law.

7. Lost, Stolen or Misused Vouchers - Please treat your Gift Voucher code like cash. We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or deleted Gift Vouchers, or for vouchers used without the holder’s permission. If you believe your Gift Voucher has been compromised, contact us immediately at david@supernaturalfuel.com. We may, at our discretion, cancel and reissue a Gift Voucher if we are satisfied it has not been redeemed, but we are under no obligation to do so.

8. Restrictions - Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed in the currency in which they were issued. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers may not be resold, transferred for value or used for any commercial promotion without our prior written consent.

9. Fraud & Misuse - We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or block a Gift Voucher (and/or an order) if we reasonably believe it was obtained or is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to close or suspend customer accounts where fraudulent activity is suspected.

10. Changes to These Terms - We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will not affect existing Gift Vouchers already purchased, except where required by law or to prevent fraud or misuse.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive (or non-exclusive, if you prefer) jurisdiction to settle any such disputes.
